I am one of those people who loves to cook new recipes, find new recipes and add other family recipes to our list of favorites. Even though I already have a favorite chocolate chip bread roll recipe, that won’t stop me from always looking for a new recipe to try. Since we make rolls every Sunday, we try lots of different recipes.

Bisquick Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

I have to admit that I was hesitant because of the Bisquick but I was also very curious. I am here to criticize that these are, by the flank, one of my favorite chocolate chip bread rolls. They are so thick and extra moist, soft in the oven, and have such a sweet chocolate flavor. Seriously, they are really good and it’s too easy not to try them.

In addition, I noticed in the store that Bisquick has a gluten-free mix, so this recipe can be adapted for gluten hypersensitivities too!

These bread rolls don’t brown much, so don’t rely on that to tell you if they are done or not. My bread rolls are perfectly cooked after 9 minutes. They will be pale, puffy, and won’t look “wet” in the middle like traditional chocolate chip treats.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (3.3 ounces) package instant white chocolate pudding mix
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the stove to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Mix together the flour, preparing pop, salt and moment pudding powder; put in a safe spot.
  • In a medium bowl, cream together the spread, white sugar and earthy colored sugar until smooth. Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Step by step blend in the dry fixings until just mixed.
