Ingredients
  

For the Breading
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour Can substitute with gluten-free flour if needed.
  • 2 large eggs, beaten Helps the breadcrumbs adhere.
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Use panko for extra crunch.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Optional, for added flavor.
  • 1 tsp paprika Optional, for added flavor.
For the Fries
  • 2 medium avocados Choose ripe but firm avocados.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut avocados in half, remove the pit, and gently scoop the flesh out.
  3. Slice the avocado into wedges.
Breading
  1. Set up a breading station with flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs in a third.
  2. Coat each avocado wedge first in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Cooking
  1. Place the breaded avocado wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding.
  2. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy and golden.

Notes

Best served immediately with dipping sauces like chipotle mayo or ranch. If baking instead of frying, bake at 425°F for 18-22 minutes on a rack over a baking sheet. Spritz with oil for extra crunch.
