Ingredients
  

Bacon

  • 8 slices Bacon strips, preferably thick-cut for more crispiness Adjust cooking time based on thickness.

For Grease Management

  • 2 tablespoons Water To prevent smoke by adding under the basket.

Preparation

  • Place bacon strips in a single layer inside the air fryer basket, avoiding overlap.
  • Set air fryer to 350°F (370°F for thick-cut bacon).
  • Check bacon after about 6 minutes, flattening any curled ends with a fork.

Cooking

  • Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, checking halfway and pouring off excess grease if necessary.
  • For regular bacon, cook for about 8 minutes. For thick-cut bacon, plan for 10 minutes or slightly more.

Notes

If cooking flavored bacon, use parchment paper to avoid sticky residue. Bacon crisps up as it cools, so it might look a bit softer initially. Leftover bacon can be stacked to maintain crispiness.
