Preparation
  1. Scrub the potatoes thoroughly and dry them off well.
  2. Poke holes in each potato with a fork to prevent exploding in the air fryer.
  3. Rub olive oil all over the potatoes and sprinkle with salt.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (about 200°C).
  2. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  3. Cook for 35 to 45 minutes, flipping halfway through if desired.
  4. Check doneness by poking with a fork; it should slide in easily.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in the air fryer for about 10 minutes. Avoid using foil for crispier skin.
