Preparation

  3. Drizzle or spray cooking oil onto the drumsticks to help the seasoning stick.
  4. Apply your chosen seasonings evenly over the chicken drumsticks.
Cooking
  1. Place drumsticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 20-24 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. Check the thickest part for doneness; ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. Let the drumsticks rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, don’t overcrowd the basket to ensure crispiness. Experiment with seasonings to find your favorite mix. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days, and reheat in the air fryer.
