Preparation
- Shuck the corn, removing all silk strands.
- Rinse the corn quickly and pat it dry.
- Toss the corn with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- If needed, chop larger cobs in half.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the corn in the air fryer basket with space between each cob.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serving
- Serve hot and enjoy as is or with toppings.
Notes
Don’t crowd the air fryer basket to avoid steaming. For extra crispiness, leave the corn in for an additional one or two minutes but monitor closely to prevent burning.
