Ingredients
  

For the pretzel bites
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour Can be substituted with gluten-free flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Add more for moisture if using gluten-free flour
  • 1 tsp salt For mixing into the dough
  • 1 tbsp baking soda For the baking soda bath
  • 1 tbsp cooking spray or melted butter To spray or brush before cooking
  • to taste additional salt For sprinkling on top after cooking

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, Greek yogurt, and salt to form a dough.
  2. Roll the dough into snakes about finger thick and chop them into bite-sized nuggets.
  3. Dissolve baking soda in a pot of water to create a baking soda bath.
Cooking
  1. Drop the pretzel bites into the baking soda bath briefly.
  2. Place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket and spray with cooking spray or brush with melted butter.
  3. Air fry at 350°F for 7 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle with additional salt immediately after removing from the air fryer.

Notes

For variations, try adding shredded cheese, roll in cinnamon sugar for a sweet version, or use ranch seasoning. Serve with dips like spicy mustard or cheese sauce. Store leftovers in a zip-top bag and reheat in air fryer.
