Preparation

  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
  • Rub the fillets with olive oil or melted butter and sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic, and any other seasonings you prefer.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned salmon in the air fryer basket, skin-side down, ensuring not to crowd the basket.
  • Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook for 8-10 minutes, checking for doneness around 7 minutes.
  • Salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork and is slightly translucent in the center.
