Ingredients
  

For the Salmon Bites

  • 1 pound Salmon fillets, skin off Can substitute with frozen fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Any basic cooking oil can be used
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Smoked paprika is recommended
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Fresh is best, but bottled is fine

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the salmon into one-inch bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, toss the salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Use your hands for better mixing.

Cooking

  • Lay the salmon bites in the air fryer basket without crowding them.
  • Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

Notes

Do not overcook the salmon, check at 7 minutes for doneness. For added crispiness, pat the salmon dry before seasoning. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
