Ingredients
  

For the Salmon Bites
  • 1 pound Salmon fillets, skin off Can substitute with frozen fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Any basic cooking oil can be used
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Smoked paprika is recommended
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Fresh is best, but bottled is fine

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the salmon into one-inch bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, toss the salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Use your hands for better mixing.
Cooking
  1. Lay the salmon bites in the air fryer basket without crowding them.
  2. Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

Notes

Do not overcook the salmon, check at 7 minutes for doneness. For added crispiness, pat the salmon dry before seasoning. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
