- Cut the salmon into one-inch bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, toss the salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Use your hands for better mixing.
Cooking
- Lay the salmon bites in the air fryer basket without crowding them.
- Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Notes
Do not overcook the salmon, check at 7 minutes for doneness. For added crispiness, pat the salmon dry before seasoning. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
