Ingredients
  

Fruit Ingredients

  • 1 each ripe banana fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup peaches fresh or frozen

Liquid Base

  • 3/4 cup milk of choice unsweetened almond milk, oat milk, or coconut milk

Optional Creaminess

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or vegan yogurt optional but makes it creamy

Sweetener and Spices

  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 pinch cinnamon optional but recommended

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add the liquid first to the blender to prevent it from struggling.
  • Add the banana and peaches to the blender.
  • If using, add the yogurt.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 to 60 seconds.
  • Taste and adjust the consistency. If too thick, add a splash more milk.

Notes

Fresh smoothies are best right after blending but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours. They may also be frozen for up to 2 months. If using chia seeds, note that the smoothie will thicken after sitting.
