Preparation
- Throw the cream cheese right into your slow cooker.
- Scatter the shredded cheeses in there.
- Pour in the beer, followed by Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and hot sauce.
- Stir everything with a wooden spoon a few times.
Cooking
- Set the slow cooker to low and walk away for about an hour.
- When you come back, give it a serious stir. If it's not creamy yet, leave it another 15 minutes and try again.
- Set your crock-pot to 'warm' and serve hot.
Notes
Best served with pretzel bites, tortilla chips, or as a sandwich spread. Can be reheated with a splash of milk for leftovers.
