- Mix the ingredients together until evenly combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Shape the mixture into patties, about the size of a golf ball, and flatten them slightly.
Cooking
- Heat a skillet over medium heat (cast iron works best).
- Cook the patties for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
Store leftover patties in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze them for longer storage. Reheat in a skillet or microwave.
