  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened Should be at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or whipped topping Choose based on desired lightness.
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar or honey Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract Don't skip it for flavor!

For the salad

  • 2 cups Fresh berries Any combination of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
  • 1 squeeze Lemon juice Optional for brightness.
  • 1/2 cup Mini marshmallows Optional for added fun for kids.
  • 1/2 cup Crushed graham crackers Optional for a crunchy topping.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt (or whipped topping), powdered sugar (or honey), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  • Optional: Add a squeeze of lemon juice to brighten the flavor.

Assembly

  • Gently fold in the fresh berries into the creamy mixture.
  • If using, add mini marshmallows for extra fun.
  • Serve immediately or chill until serving. When ready to serve, sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.

Notes

You can make the creamy base a day ahead and add berries right before serving for the freshest flavor. Keep the berries and creamy mixture separate until serving time to prevent the salad from becoming watery.
