  • 4 large flour tortillas Burrito size wraps are easiest to roll.
  • 2 cups cooked chicken Rotisserie, grilled, baked, or leftover.
  • 8 slices bacon Crispy is best for texture.
  • 1 cup cheese Cheddar, mozzarella, pepper jack, or whatever melts well.
  • 2 cups lettuce Romaine or shredded iceberg for crunch.
  • 1 medium tomato Optional, but adds freshness.
  • 1 medium red onion Optional, for added bite.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Or sauce of choice like chipotle mayo or honey mustard.
  • to taste salt and pepper For seasoning.

Optional Extras

  • 1 avocado sliced Optional for added creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup pickles Optional for crunch.
  • 1/2 cup jalapenos Optional for spice.
  • 1/2 cup cooked corn Optional for added sweetness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the bacon until crispy, then set it on paper towels.
  • Warm the tortilla in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds or in a dry pan.
  • Spread a thin layer of ranch or sauce on the tortilla.
  • Add cheese next to help it stick.
  • Layer sliced chicken and bacon on top.
  • Add lettuce, onion, tomato, and any other crunchy extras last.
  • Roll the wrap tightly, folding in the sides first.
  • Optionally, toast the wrap in a pan for 1 to 2 minutes per side.

Notes

Keep wet ingredients like tomatoes away from the tortilla to prevent sogginess. Toasting adds a golden finish and helps seal the wrap.
