  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil Unrefined recommended but either works.
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder Unsweetened.
  • 1/4 cup Keto sweetener Like stevia or erythritol.
  • 1 pinch Sea salt To enhance flavor.

Preparation

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, add the peanut butter and coconut oil.
  • Microwave for about 30 seconds until easy to stir.
  • Mix in cocoa powder, sweetener, and sea salt until smooth.
  • Taste the mixture to ensure sweetness is to your liking.
  • Scoop out blobs onto a tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Freeze for about 20 minutes or until solid.

Notes

Store in a freezer-safe container and hide it in the back of your freezer to keep it safe from being eaten too quickly. Crumble over Greek yogurt or serve with coffee for an extra treat.
