Ingredients
  

For the candy

  • 2 pounds almond bark (chocolate or vanilla) Either chocolate or vanilla almond bark can be used.
  • 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips Use your favorite brand.
  • 1 bag milk chocolate chips Feel free to substitute with other types of chocolate chips.
  • 16 ounces roasted peanuts Can mix salted and unsalted peanuts.
  • 1 handful mini pretzels Optional ingredient.

Preparation

  • Layer the ingredients in the crock pot, keeping the chocolate on top to melt over the peanuts.
  • Set the crock pot to low and let it cook for 2 to 3 hours.

Final Steps

  • After 2 to 3 hours, stir the mixture until well combined.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto waxed paper to cool.

Notes

If humidity is high, lower your expectations for the candy to set. If the mixture isn't setting up, place it in the fridge to cool faster. You can experiment with ingredients like cashews, pecans, or mini marshmallows.
