Method
 

Preparation
  1. Thaw the pork chops if frozen.
  2. Brown the pork chops in a skillet if desired.
  3. Place the pork chops in the slow cooker.
  4. Pour the gravy and soy sauce over the pork chops.
  5. Season with pepper and garlic powder.
Cooking
  1. Cook on low for 6 hours or until tender.
  2. Let the pork chops sit in the sauce for a few minutes before serving.
