Optional Add-Ins
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango For a creamier texture.
  • 1 thumb fresh ginger Adds a spicy kick.
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds Adds crunch and keeps you full.
  • 1/2 cup coconut water A great hydration alternative.

Preparation
  1. Gather all the ingredients.
  2. Chop the cucumber, parsley, and pineapple into blender-friendly chunks.
  3. Juice the lemon.
Blending
  1. Place all ingredients into the blender, including ice if you want a frostier drink.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.

Notes

This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh. If made ahead of time, shake well before serving as it may settle.
