Ingredients

For the Dole Whip

  • 2 cups Frozen pineapple chunks Use frozen for best texture
  • 1-3 tablespoons Pineapple juice, orange juice, or water Start with a splash
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or sugar Optional, adjust based on sweetness of pineapple
  • 1-2 tablespoons Coconut milk or any milk Optional for creaminess
  • 1 squeeze Lime Optional, adds brightness

Instructions

Preparation

  • Add the frozen pineapple to your blender or food processor.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of juice or water. If using coconut milk, add it now too.
  • Blend until the mixture looks crumbly. Stop to scrape down the sides as needed.
  • If it's too thick to blend, add 1 more tablespoon of liquid and continue blending.
  • Taste the mixture. If it needs sweetness, add honey or sugar. If it needs brightness, add a squeeze of lime.
  • Serve immediately for a soft serve consistency, or freeze for 20 to 30 minutes for a more scoopable texture.

Notes

For more authentic Disney flavor, use pineapple juice instead of water, add coconut milk, and avoid over-blending. This Dole Whip melts quickly, so serve right away. Can freeze leftovers, but let sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes to regain texture.
