  • Add frozen peaches to your blender or food processor.
  • Drizzle in sweetener, starting with 1 to 2 tablespoons.
  • Add lemon juice, about 1 tablespoon to start.
  • Blend, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  • If your blender is struggling, add a tiny splash of water or juice gradually.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust with more sweetener or lemon if desired.

Serving

  • You can enjoy it immediately as soft serve, or for a scoopable texture, spread it into a container and freeze for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Let it sit on the counter for 5 minutes before scooping to soften.

Notes

For best texture, use ripe peaches if freezing your own. Avoid adding too much liquid; balance sweet and bright flavors using lemon juice. Freeze in a shallow layer and let it soften before serving.
