Grilling

- Lightly oil the grill using a paper towel and tongs.
- Place scallops on the grill and cook for about 2 minutes on one side.
- If they don’t flip easily, let them cook for another 30 seconds without forcing them.
- Flip the scallops and grill for an additional minute until golden brown and springy.
Serving
