Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 4 cups Crispy rice cereal You can use puffed rice cereal as an alternative.
  • 10 oz Mini marshmallows Fresh marshmallows are best for optimal melting.
  • 2 tbsp Butter or dairy-free alternative Used for melting the marshmallows.

Wrap and Topping

  • 1 sheet Fruit roll ups For wrapping the sushi; can also use chocolate or licorice.
  • 1 pack Gummy worms For topping to resemble dragon scales.
  • optional Icing For drizzling on top for extra sweetness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Melt the marshmallows with butter in a large pot over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  • Stir in crispy rice cereal until everything is evenly coated.
  • Press the mixture onto parchment paper into a rectangle, not too thin.

Assembly

  • Lay down your fruit roll-up sheet on top of the cereal mixture.
  • Gently roll the mixture into a log shape using the parchment to help.
  • Cool for about 10 to 15 minutes until it firms up.
  • Slice into rounds with a lightly greased knife.
  • Top each piece with gummy worms to resemble dragon scales and drizzle icing if desired.

Notes

Keep portions reasonable to avoid overwhelming sweetness. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 1 to 2 days. If preparation is needed ahead of time, slice and add gummy worms just before serving.
