Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Add 1 cup of chicken broth or water.
Cooking
  1. Seal the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 7-8 minutes if using fresh chicken or 10-12 minutes for frozen chicken.
  2. Once cooked, perform a quick release on the pressure.
Serving
  1. Let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes before slicing to retain juices.
