Main Ingredients

  • 2-3 cups Shredded chicken Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened Use full fat for extra creaminess.
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce Check for no sugar added.
  • 0.5 cup Ranch or blue cheese dressing Ensure it's keto friendly.
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar or cheddar blend Reserve half for topping.

Optional Garnishes

  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, chopped For added flavor and garnish.
  • Extra hot sauce To taste for extra heat.
  • 0.25 cup Crumbled blue cheese Optional, for classic wing flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, and dressing until smooth. Microwave the cream cheese for about 15 seconds if stubborn.
  • Stir in shredded chicken and half the shredded cheese. Mix until everything is coated and creamy.
  • Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and top with the rest of the cheese.

Baking

  • Bake for about 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes if you want a browned top.
  • Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving to thicken and make it easier to scoop.

Notes

You can freeze the dip for up to 2 months. To reheat, thaw in the fridge overnight and warm in the oven or microwave. Stir in a splash of cream or chicken broth if needed.
