Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Chop the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until finely riced.
  3. Place the riced cauliflower in a clean towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
  4. In a bowl, mix the riced cauliflower, egg, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and salt until combined.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a thin crust.
  6. Bake the crust for 25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Topping and Serving
  1. Once the crust is baked, add your desired toppings.
  2. Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  3. Slice and serve hot. Enjoy!

Notes

Store leftover crust in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in the oven for best results. Avoid using the microwave to prevent sogginess.
