Ingredients
  

For the Filling

  • 1 lb ground beef You can substitute turkey or rotisserie chicken
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning Ensure it’s keto-friendly
  • 4 large low-carb tortillas Look for those with 4-6 net carbs each
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup pork rinds or cheese crisps For the crunchy layer

For Toppings

  • 1 cup full-fat sour cream For serving
  • 1 cup salsa For serving
  • 1 cup guacamole For serving
  • 1 medium jalapeño Sliced, optional
  • 1 cup bell peppers Chopped, optional

Instructions
 

Cooking the Meat

  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  • Add the taco seasoning and mix well.

Assembling the Crunchwraps

  • On a low-carb tortilla, layer the cooked meat, cheese, and pork rinds or cheese crisps in the center.
  • Fold the edges of the tortilla toward the center, creating a hexagonal shape.

Grilling

  • Grill the folded crunchwrap seam-side down for 2-3 minutes until crispy.
  • Flip and grill the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with different fillings and toppings. You can also freeze the wraps for later use.
