Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut oil Melted, but not too hot.
  • 1 cup nut butter Use unsweetened nut butter.
  • 1/2 cup sweetener Use monk fruit or stevia.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract For flavor enhancement.
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder Unsweetened for keto compliance.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine melted coconut oil with nut butter and sweetener.
  • Add in vanilla extract and cocoa powder, blending until smooth.
  • If desired, mix in any additional flavors or ingredients like nuts or cocoa nibs.

Chilling

  • Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice tray.
  • Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour until solid.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for easier mixing. Store in a sealed container in the freezer. Allow to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before consuming, unless you prefer them frozen solid.
