Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut oil Melted, but not too hot.
  • 1 cup nut butter Use unsweetened nut butter.
  • 1/2 cup sweetener Use monk fruit or stevia.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract For flavor enhancement.
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder Unsweetened for keto compliance.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine melted coconut oil with nut butter and sweetener.
  2. Add in vanilla extract and cocoa powder, blending until smooth.
  3. If desired, mix in any additional flavors or ingredients like nuts or cocoa nibs.
Chilling
  1. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice tray.
  2. Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour until solid.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for easier mixing. Store in a sealed container in the freezer. Allow to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before consuming, unless you prefer them frozen solid.
