Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare or shred the cooked chicken.
- Chop the broccoli and microwave it for a couple of minutes.
Making the Sauce
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and broccoli until evenly coated.
Baking
- Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish and top with additional shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly and the top is golden brown.
Notes
This dish can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking. Freeze leftovers in a container for future meals. Additional variations can include using turkey, different cheeses, or adding more vegetables.
