  • 1.5 to 2 cups ice More ice creates a frothier texture.

Preparation

  • Add cold orange juice, milk, sugar, and vanilla to the blender.
  • Blend for about 10 seconds to mix everything well.
  • Add ice and blend again until it looks frothy and smooth, about 20 to 40 seconds depending on your blender.
  • Taste the mixture. If it needs more sweetness, add a little more sugar and blend for an additional 5 seconds.
  • Pour the drink immediately and enjoy while it is super cold.

Notes

If the drink separates quickly, it typically means the ice melted. To prevent this, use colder juice and serve immediately. For sharper flavors, add a splash more milk or yogurt; if it tastes watered down, use a bit more orange juice or less ice next time.
