For the crackers

  • 24 pieces Ritz crackers Can substitute with any sturdy buttery round cracker.
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter Use crunchy if preferred, but creamy is easier to spread.
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips Can use white candy melts for easier melting.
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil Optional, helps to smooth out thick white chocolate.
  • to taste flaky salt Add on top for a sweet and salty punch.

Preparation

  • Spread peanut butter on one Ritz cracker and top with another cracker to make a sandwich.
  • Melt white chocolate and coconut oil gently in the microwave.
  • Dip each cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate, tapping off excess.
  • Set the dipped sandwiches on parchment paper to firm up.
  • Sprinkle flaky salt on top before the chocolate sets, if desired.

Notes

Store at room temperature in an airtight container for 3-5 days, or in the fridge for 1-2 weeks. For freezing, freeze in a single layer for 30-45 minutes before transferring to a freezer bag, storing up to 2-3 months.
