PIONEER WOMAN MARINATED GRILLED SHRIMP
The weather conditions are heating up and we are missing voyaging and more distant family travels. A few suppers help us to remember all that and for my purposes, marinated grilled shrimp mixed drinks do that impeccably.

Ingredients
3
garlic cloves, minced

cup
tomato sauce
⅓

olive oil

chopped fresh basil

tbsp
red wine vinegar

tsp
cayenne pepper

tsp
salt

fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
Skewers
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients except for the shrimp
Add the shrimp to the bowl, mix carefully, and put them in the fridge to marinate (covered) for up to one hour.
Put the shrimp in skewers and grill for 3 minutes on each side
