  • 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips Mini is key for bite-sized treats.
  • 1 pinch Salt If peanut butter is unsalted.
  • 1/4 cup Chopped mini Reese's cups Optional for extra flavor.

Preparation

  • Cream together peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
  • Mix in brown sugar and vanilla extract.
  • Add flour and a tiny pinch of salt, and stir until it looks like soft dough.
  • Fold in mini chocolate chips and chopped mini Reese's cups if using.
  • Chill the dough for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Roll into small bites, about 1 tablespoon each.
  • Chill again until firm, then enjoy!

Notes

These cookie bites can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Optional: Roll in crushed graham crackers or cocoa powder for added flavor.
