Ingredients
  

Flatbread

  • 1 piece Flatbread Use store-bought for convenience.

Toppings

  • 8 oz Brie cheese Slice thin for even melting.
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries If using sweetened cranberries, adjust honey accordingly.
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts Toast for 3-5 minutes for enhanced flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil Brush on the flatbread for crispiness.
  • 1 tbsp Honey Drizzle on top after baking.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Toast the walnuts in a dry pan for 3-5 minutes, then chop and set aside.
  • Brush the flatbread lightly with olive oil.
  • Slice the cold brie cheese thinly.

Baking

  • On the prepared flatbread, evenly scatter the brie slices, dried cranberries, and toasted walnuts.
  • Bake for 8 to 12 minutes until the edges are deep golden and the brie is melted and glossy.
  • Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey before serving.
  • Let it settle for 2 minutes before slicing into squares.

Notes

Consider adding arugula for a peppery touch or experimenting with other cheese varieties like camembert or goat cheese. Serve the flatbread warm with additional honey on the side.
