Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Toss sliced beef and broccoli in half of the sauce mixture until well-coated.
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Spread the beef and broccoli evenly on the prepared sheet pan.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until beef is cooked through and broccoli is crisp-tender.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with reserved sauce before serving.
Notes
For best results, slice beef thinly and don’t overcrowd the pan. Serve with cauliflower rice or jasmine rice. Leftovers keep well in the fridge for 3 days.
