Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken Rotisserie chicken works well.
  • 1 cup diced ham Leftover deli slices are great.
  • 8 oz cream cheese Use lower-fat for a lighter option.
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Use part-skim for a lighter option.
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard For a signature flavor.

Optional Toppings

  • 1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs For added crunch.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Toss cooked, shredded chicken into the slow cooker.
  • Add diced ham, cream cheese, Swiss cheese, mozzarella cheese, milk, and Dijon mustard.
  • Stir the mixture well to combine all ingredients.

Cooking

  • Cover the slow cooker and set to low.
  • Cook for about 2 hours until melted and gooey.
  • Optional: Just before serving, sprinkle buttered bread crumbs on top for added crunch.

Notes

Good for potlucks and easy to make in advance. Store leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for 3-4 days or freeze for later use.
