Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Cube the potatoes, toss them in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and spread on a sheet pan.
- Roast the potatoes for 20 minutes.
- Add the chorizo slices and raw shrimp on top of the potatoes.
- Sprinkle with smoked paprika and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Drizzle with bravas sauce before serving.
Notes
Serving with marinated olives, manchego cheese, or a green salad can enhance the meal. Line the baking tray with parchment or foil for easy cleanup.
