Ingredients
  

For the Sheet Pan Dinner
  • 1 lb shrimp, raw and peeled May use frozen shrimp; thaw fully and pat dry.
  • 8 oz Spanish chorizo, sliced Use Spanish chorizo for the best flavor.
  • 2 cups potatoes, cubed Use any starchy potatoes.
  • 3 tbsp olive oil For roasting potatoes and shrimp.
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika Add more to taste if desired.
  • 1/2 cup bravas sauce Mix mayo, ketchup, and paprika for sauce.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Cube the potatoes, toss them in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and spread on a sheet pan.
  3. Roast the potatoes for 20 minutes.
  4. Add the chorizo slices and raw shrimp on top of the potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle with smoked paprika and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with bravas sauce before serving.

Notes

Serving with marinated olives, manchego cheese, or a green salad can enhance the meal. Line the baking tray with parchment or foil for easy cleanup.
