Ingredients
  

For the Dry Rub

For the Ribs

  • 2 racks baby back ribs Ask butcher to slice in half if needed
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce Choose one you love

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Mix the dry rub ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Rub the mixture onto both sides of the ribs, ensuring it gets into all crevices.
  • Place the ribs in the slow cooker, curling or stacking them as needed.
  • Pour barbecue sauce over the ribs, being careful not to soak them.
  • Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for 7-8 hours.

Broiling

  • After cooking, preheat your broiler.
  • Carefully transfer the ribs to a baking sheet.
  • Broil for 3-5 minutes until the sauce is sticky and the top is crispy.

Notes

Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving. Pair with corn on the cob, coleslaw, or garlic bread for a complete meal. If you like, prepare the ribs the night before and let them sit in the rub in the fridge.
