Main Ingredients

  • 1 pack slider rolls Hawaiian rolls or any soft dinner rolls work.
  • 2 cups turkey Leftover roast turkey or deli slices.
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce Jellied or whole berry; use thin layer.
  • 1 cup cheese Swiss or provolone; Brie for a fancier option.
  • 1/4 cup butter Melted, mixed with garlic powder and dried herbs.

Optional Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup stuffing Optional for a hearty version.
  • 1 cup baby spinach For a fresh layer post-baking.
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard To balance sweetness.

Instructions
 

Preparation and Assembly

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Slice a pack of slider rolls in half as one slab.
  • Place the bottom slab in a buttered baking dish.
  • Layer turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese on the bottom slab.
  • Optionally, add a thin layer of stuffing for extra flavor.
  • Place the top slab of rolls on.
  • Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and dried herbs.

Baking

  • Cover loosely with foil and bake for about 10 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake for 5 to 8 additional minutes until hot and lightly golden.

Serving

  • Let the sliders sit for 2 minutes before slicing into individual pieces.
  • Serve warm with a salad or chips.

Notes

For added flavor, mix a little sriracha or hot honey into the cranberry sauce. Assemble sliders ahead of time and refrigerate for quick baking later.
