  • 1 small 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 2 cups 2 (about 200g) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 2 cups 2 (about 200g) cornflakes, crushed (for topping)

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
