Ingredients
- 1 c granulated sugar
- 1 c corn syrup, light ordark
- 1 c creamy peanut butter
- 6 c Rice Krispies
- 1 c semisweet chocolatechips
- 1 c butterscotch chips
Instructions
- Line an 8” x 8” panwith parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Heat granulated sugarand corn syrup in a large, heavy saucepan over medium heat, stirringcontinually, until mixture comes to a rolling boil.
- Stir in peanut butterand remove from heat. Set aside.
- Add Rice Krispies toa large bowl. Pour peanut butter mixture over the cereal and mix to combine.
- Spread the Rice Krispies mixture evenly in theprepared baking pan. Set aside.
