- Cut the ripe avocados in half and scoop out a bit of flesh to create space for stuffing.
- In a bowl, combine the crab meat, lemon juice, mayo, chopped celery, and seasoning.
- Mix well until combined and then spoon the crab mixture generously into each avocado half.
- Optionally, add a few drops of hot sauce just before serving.
Notes
Serve on a bed of greens and garnish with fresh herbs. Squeeze lemon or lime over for added freshness.
