  • 1 tablespoon linguine;
  • Salt;
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste;
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil;
  • 2 tablespoon butter;
  • 2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning;
  • ¾ cup heavy cream;
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour;
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese plus more for serving;
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley;
  • ¼ cup dry white wine;

Instructions

  • Cook the linguine according to package directions, and save one cup of the cooking water;
  • Drain and return pasta to the pot. Add just a drizzle of olive oil to prevent it from sticking.;
